How to increase the concentration of mind?



The main operating system of our whole body is “brain”. Physically our body parts carries out the activities but all those physical body parts are run by brain. Even the very important body part “heart” is also control by brain.

A research shows that the regular exercises will keep the brain healthy and fine. Even healthy food habit gives direct effects on brain. However, it is the wrong belief that healthy food habit will give the healthy brain. As the physical appearance fitness needed some exercise, the healthy brain also required exercises. Research has came up with the conclusion that the more exercise, the more healthy and lengthy age of brain. The age of mind will decreases and finally stops to work with no brain exercises.

Then, how to do brain exercises?

1. Wiggle of Eyes
If you wants to concentrate your mind on certain stuffes, then wiggle your eyes left and right for 30 seconds.Our left and right brain works differently, so if we can operate both brain side then the capacity of work will increases.

2. Stare from window
People may regard you as a psycho person or having a day dream but the reality is that the stare of long distance activities for some minutes from your window will give a concentration on brain. This is because brain starts to create and think about new thing in an absence of vision obstacles like TV, computer.

3. Go for new place
Our mind will be fresh with the visit and tour of new places. American Psychiatrists says that the travel and tour of new places also increases the concentration and working capacity of mind. The travel of new places will give variation which helps in expand of mind. However, psychological experts say that this is possible only if the person regards the new place and culture as their own home.

4. Don’t have more powwow
Powwow is organized to get the fast result in an organization and friends. But a research shows that this makes mind dull. Rather than having discussion in amass, it is better to allow people alone which gives the new creation.So, if you want to solve some issue then don’t have a powwow with other but think alone and play around with your mind.

5. Paint red or blue color on wall
The surroundings affects directly on mind,but people don’t mind on these issue. Specially different colors gives the certain result on brain.A research shows that the paint of red or blue on wall gives the increment in brain activities with fitness.

6. Observe on green tree
It is said that nature is the great teacher. Every single development has been created with the observation on nature.So, the concentration of mind increases with the observation on nature for some time. The mind gets fresh with the greenery. Research states that the stare at green tree will give the capacity to solve any kind of difficulty in an easy way of brain.

You even can observe the green tree pictures in case of not available of green tea nearby because green color activates the brain.

7. Good Sleep
Most of the people thinks that people sleeping for long time will not have any success in their life.But good sleep gives the rest to mind and increase the strength of it.
