Honey is very beneficial for health. The proper consumption/use of honey will give us immense benefits for health, but careless consumption and use will act as poison.

– Never heat or boil the honey in fire.
– Do not eat equal amount of honey and ghee.

– Do not eat butter and honey when the same amount.
– Eat a glass of lukewarm milk with a teaspoon of honey to control body weight.
– Honey consumption after coming from extreme hot or hard labor is harmful.
– Much consumption of honey is also harmful.

– Never take warm water right after having honey.
