Food that cause and cure gastric


What is gastric?
Normally problem of lower back pain, stomach ache and excess farting is called gastric. But it is only the symptom of gastric.
Actually gastric is the burning of the walls of stomach. When the bacteria starts to harm the cells of stomach wall which help in digestion, then the concentrated Hydrochloric Acid found in stomach starts to affect the cells which causes burning sensation in stomach.

There are mainly 2 types of gastric:
Acute gastric:
Acute gastric is when the ‘Mucosal cells’ of stomach wall is not fully damaged. This type of gastric can be cured easily.

Permanent gastric:
When the ‘Mucosal cells’ is highly damaged, then it takes a long time for the wound to heal. This type of condition is called permanent gastric.

What causes gastric?
Side effects of some medicines can also cause gastric. So, there are many reasons of gastric and some of them are listed below:
infection of bacteria, virus and germs
Drugs: Cocaine
Alcohol:
Allergy
Tension
Radiation
Food Poisoning
Food that make Fatty acid or Hydrochloric Acid

Orange and grape juice

Fried food
Fatty food

What are the symptoms of gastric?
Stomach bloating, burning
Diarrhea
Continuous burping and farting
Need to poop every time
Loss of appetite
Back and lower back pain
People with migraine have serious headache when gastric starts
Food to control gastric

There is only one way to cure gastric which is destroying H.pylori bacteria. Only few food help to control gastric.
