When a woman is pregnant she needs to care about her diets. If she donot care her food and habits than that will not only affect her but also her child.
The benefits of egg to pregnant women.
1. Egg contains protein that is very essential for pregnant women.
2. Egg helps the baby to form his body structure and the egg protects the womb of women.
3. Egg contains 12 types of vitamins. It helps in maintaining body of the baby and the colin, omega 3, is presnt on egg which helps in maintaining.
4. On such condition the body needs 2 to 3 hundred extra calorie so egg is very essential. One egg has energy equivalent to 70 calorie.

Be careful: When you do vo*mit or diarrhea, food poison on such condition you shouldn’t eat egg. So the female whose digestive system is weak should consult to doctor before eating egg.
